We have no control over and assume no responsibility for any third-party sites or services’ content, privacy policies or practices.

Return and Refund Policy

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order of your intent to return to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Kindly ensure that items purchased are unused, unworn, and in their original saleable condition and must be returned to our address within 14 days of purchase.

To be accepted, returned packages must include:

  • The item repackaged in its original packaging
  • The original proof of purchase and accompanying documentation

This policy applies to Nigeria-based returns only.

Once your return reaches our team, we aim to process it within 28 days.

Woyin Taylor will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us. We recommend using an insured, trackable delivery service.

Returns received outside the 14-day window, or that are damaged, used, or missing original documentation, will not be accepted. These items will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Gifts

Gift cards may be exchanged for merchandise. Exchanges are offered at current retail price and only for items in perfect condition, with original packaging, from collections still in production.

Personalised Items

Personalised products are final sale. We're unable to offer a refund or exchange on these items.

Recall Handling and Faulty Product Procedure Policy

The safety of our tribe is of great importance to us, as we continue to deliver high-quality, skilfully handcrafted bags and accessories. However, we understand that faults or errors can sometimes happen as the products are handmade from natural materials. On the rare occasion of a manufacturing defect with a product purchased within three (3) months after purchase, we are happy to repair or replace the item at no cost to you. We will require a receipt or evidence of purchase with the nature of the defect.

If the defect is due to wear and tear or general use, you may contact us to discuss repair, but this would be at a charge.

We ask that you please follow our care instructions for your product to ensure it remains in good quality.

In the unlikely event that any of our products are recalled due to an issue with quality or safety, we will share details on this page along with how to return the product. We ask that you stop using the product immediately and follow the return instructions for a full refund or an exchange from us.

Complaints Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing high-quality, excellent service.

Yet, we understand that you might sometimes be unsatisfied with your experience. Our intent is always to make things right and use your feedback to improve our service.

When we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it and attempt to resolve the issue within five (5) working days. If it is not possible to resolve the complaint within five working days, we will contact you and keep you updated throughout the process of resolving it.
